As the sun moves into Gemini, we travel and socialize, our schedules get busy and we may feel spread too thin. The warrior planet, Mars, is emphasized during June. Its highest expression creates breakthroughs into new situations and bestows courage. It is the power that implements actions in accordance with what we envision. The challenge is to be conscious of what’s motivating us to action. It is said that Mars will serve whomever gives the commands. Therefore, whom do we serve? The question is, “What kind of consciousness promotes our actions?”
Mars is the arrow shot from the bow of vision toward its mark. On June 2, Mars squares Pluto, a time of power struggles and we will see this on a global level. If we reflect back on our lives since Mars aligned with Uranus on May 15th and ask, “Was I thrown off by this energy or did I get an insight and can I see what needs to be implemented?” This reflection sets the stage for a positive experience of Mars /Pluto, coming to a turning point in relationship, a transformation of perspective.
The New Moon takes place on the 6th in Gemini, an excellent time for communicating, writing, gathering information and for harmonizing polarities. Watch for beautiful Venus as the morning star.
June 10th through the 13th, Mercury aligns with Mars, bringing frustrations with communication. We may feel the victim of sharp retorts or we may deliver them. It is a fast moving mental energy, projecting itself out into the environment. Debates and our focus will sharpen especially as Mars moves into Aries on the 11th.
The Summer Solstice takes place on June 20th, with the Moon in fiery Sagittarius. Philosophical debates intensify with Mars setting loose its impulsive, aggressive energy. The choice is ours. Will it be warlike or pioneering a new vision. We will see fighting and rebelliousness increase.
President Bush will be experiencing the completion of his Saturn return. The return started with his first debate against John Kerry. We will get see how he deals with pressures, karma and character.
The full Moon in Capricorn takes place on June 21st, aligning with Mars and Jupiter. This is a time of fast moving energy, protective yet with strong competitive and aggressive behavior. A tense polarity between those who hold to the past and those who are pioneering a new future exist in a stand off.

Aries (Mar 20-Apr 19): You feel the support of Mars, giving you energy and courage. You have the confidence and ability to take action, begin projects, to be very direct. Remember that for other sensitive souls your directness may seem too much. Keep balanced between self and other by pausing and attuning before action.
Taurus (Apr 20-May 20): You are a homebody this month. Enjoy it. Make changes to the home. You may feel yourself go through many moods and levels of yourself. Watch it with no harsh judgment. End of the month calls for focus, stillness and a fuller commitment to yourself, finding your path.
Gemini (May 21-Jun 20): You have a great idea. Reflect on it and flesh it out. You hear from a sibling and feel concern. You hold a boundary and situations work out best if you are careful with your communication. Later in the month relationships are quite enjoyable.
Cancer (Jun 21–Jul 21): Give yourself time to retreat. A love is growing in you. You are attuned to a vision. Things continue to change for you and you feel more comfortable with this. You become a beacon of light for others as you move into your heart.
Leo (Jul 22- Aug 22): This is the time to network and connect with others. You feel that you have been through an ordeal. Now you lighten and enjoy. As you move into the later part of June take quality time for yourself. Connect with your dreams. Be willing to let go of something and follow your spirit.
Virgo (Aug 23-Sep 22): A new purpose is evolving in your life. Move into deep compassion for yourself. You have been so dedicated and given so much of yourself. The situation is changing. You can let go. Communications will be touchy, go gently. Summer solstice is a time for gathering with loving friends. A wish comes true.
Libra (Sep 23-Oct 22): Your public role is changing, perhaps drastically, if not, continue to make changes to create harmony. Beware, pyou may experience confrontations with others or frustration may come from your partner. You are coming into the opportunity to align with your deepest yearning. Take up the courage to follow. Life is propelling you to a deeper commitment to yourself.
Scorpio (Oct 23-Nov 21): You are coming into a time of focused work. You feel motivation and direction. You come in contact with people who express very different opinions and perspectives than you. Be aware of the potential for debate and proceed with amusement of the human situation. Each situation offers you an opportunity to refine your responses and clearly sense the karma involved.
Sagittarius (Nov 22-Dec 20): This month you find much enjoyment with your partner, laughter and discussion. At some point discussions heat up with differing opinions. The later part of the month brings much creative energy and/or lots of time with children. Attune to love and creativity.
Capricorn (Dec 21- Jan 19): At the beginning of the month you are able to focus and accomplish much. You are working, studying, yet you look forward to the future with anticipation. At the Solstice you feel like taking a risk. Trust your impulses. An idea you have manifests.
Aquarius (Jan 20-Feb 17): This is the time to write. Write your vision, how you see the cosmos. Let yourself go into the imaginative realms until you cross over into the synchronistic dimensions and feel yourself dancing with a calling that streams through you. Change is the constant this month. You let go of something that has been keeping you caged.
Pisces (Feb 18-Mar 19): You are deep in thought, hunkered down, writing, contemplating what will be the point of collective transformation. You felt more energy last month, now it becomes a rocketship and takes off on its own. Trust it. Temper its energy into balanced movement. You are the Creatrix, bringing forth your deep intuitions and insights.
